Abstrak

This study focuses on the development of a web-based inventory management application for the Organizational Division of the Regional Secretariat of Cianjur Regency. Currently, the inventory process is conducted manually, leading to inefficiencies and high error risks. The primary objective is to design a system that automates inventory management, enabling accurate, efficient, and secure data handling. Utilizing the Extreme Programming methodology, the system was designed, implemented, and tested. Results demonstrated significant improvements in data accuracy, retrieval speed, and report generation. This application ensures structured inventory processes, reducing manual intervention risks and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
