Human resources are the main asset in building a company. As a company grows, it is required to operate effectively and efficiently, especially in managing employee recruitment processes. With the increasing interest of candidates and fresh graduates in applying for jobs at PT. Madtive Studio Indonesia, the company needs to adjust its recruitment system. This study aims to design a web-based employee recruitment information system to support a more structured, efficient, and effective recruitment process. The methodology used is Extreme Programming, which involves rapid iterations in system development. The results of the study indicate that the designed system can help the company filter candidate applications more optimally, limit candidate quotas, and provide flexibility in contract duration, work types, and working hours. This system is expected to improve the efficiency of candidate screening and selection while providing a better recruitment experience for both the company and the candidates.
